Shipping policy

At Isabel (by Daniel and Oliver), we're proud to offer free shipping!

Standard Shipping:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-21 business days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and can vary due to factors outside of our control.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping to the Continental United States Only:

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the Continental United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. You can use this information to track your package's progress directly on the carrier's website.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please email us immediately at support@danielandoliver.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
